Eugenia Soler, new bioinformatician

Presentation-Eugenia-blog

We welcome Eugenia Soler, who joins our bioinformatics team.

Eugenia holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics and a Master in Biomedical Research from the University of Seville. In her PhD thesis she combined RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, DRIPseq and DRIPc-seq analyses. In addition, she has worked for years as a bioinformatician in the Bioinformatics Unit of the Andalusian Center for Molecular Biology and Regenerative Medicine (CABIMER), which has allowed her to acquire the necessary knowledge to master R, BASH/Unix and ML analysis with Python, as well as other bioinformatics software that will help to strengthen our bioinformatics department.

A pleasure to count on you, Eugenia!
