RNA-Seq analysis

 

The RNA-Seq analysis allows the quantification of gene expression through the use of NGS platforms. The interpretation of the data obtained with this technology has become an increasingly demanded service due to its sensitivity and accuracy.

For the advanced visualization and interactive review of the results, a detailed report is delivered through our web application genome one reports. In addition, it is possible to integrate results from different transcriptomic analysis (mRNAs, miRNAs, lncRNAs, etc).

Data are shown in easily interpretable tables and graphs that can be exported in suitable formats for scientific publications.
