A few days ago The Tarlov Cyst Society echoed the genetic study that we are carrying out together with the Tarlov Cyst Association to identify genetic variants associated with this pathology.

As we have already published previously, this is the first study carried out in Spain on this pathology and one of the few being carried out worldwide, together with the one conducted by Johns Hopkins University in the United States.
This publication of The Tarlov Cyst Society has been possible thanks to the effort being made by all the members of the Tarlov Cyst Association to give a voice to this pathology and to demand that resources be allocated to its research and, of course, we take this opportunity to thank them once again for the trust they place in our work.
