ISO Certifications
Quality is the basis on which we develop all our work. We are certified by AENOR in the ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 13485:2018 and UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standards, which allows us to offer our customers products and services that meet the highest quality standards.
International certifiable standard that regulates Quality Management Systems (QMS).
A quality management standard that has been specially designed for manufacturers of medical devices and medical devices.
International standard that allows the assurance, confidentiality and integrity of data and information.
CE-IVD marking
Our Genome One software is CE-IVD marked (License Number: 7157-PS), which certifies that the analyses we perform with it are among the most reliable on the market.
Sanitary registration
Dreamgenics is registered as a diagnostic centre in the Register of Health Centres, Services and Establishments of the Principality of Asturias under number C.2.5.6./6466.
EIBT Recognition
Dreamgenics has been recognized by the National Association of Spanish CEEIs (ANCES) as an Innovative Technology-Based Company (EIBT).
External Quality Programs
As a complement to our internal quality programs, we participate in several External Quality Assurance programs. In addition, we are members of the EMQN (European Molecular Genetics Quality Network) and participate every year in various EQA schemes for genetic diagnostics and bioinformatics, obtaining very satisfactory results.
This participation allows us to perform the intercomparison of the quality of our diagnostic services with other laboratories and is a demonstration of our commitment to develop all our processes with the highest level of demand and under strict quality standards.
