RNA sequencing

We offer RNA sequencing service using DNBSEQ™ technology. The generated FASTQs are delivered through the Dreamgenics server or via hard disk, depending on the total file size.

Transcriptome analysis allows the quantification of gene expression levels at a specific time and under specific experimental conditions. These expression patterns are responsible for the different properties of cells and tissues, therefore, their study in different cell populations provides a better understanding of the functional elements of the genome.

In the case of blood samples, ribosomal RNA and globin mRNA depletion is performed with the MGIEasy rRNA & Globin Depletion V1 kit.3. For mRNA-Seq sequencing, mRNA capture is performed with the Dynabeads™ mRNA purification kit from Invitrogen.
