As a tool for preventing and detecting violations, DREAMGENICS (ALIMERKA GROUP) makes this Compliance Channel available to its members and third parties:

Dreamgenics S.L.U. Compliance Channel

This Channel may be used to report regulatory or unethical violations, criminal conduct, serious or very serious administrative violations, and any breach of European Union law that has been observed; however, the Channel may not be used for reports other than those regarding the aforementioned violations or for matters for which other parties are responsible, and false reports, those based on grounds not protected by law, or those made with the sole intent to cause harm.

The Channel allows you to submit a confidential report using the form that appears when you access it, with the option to do so anonymously, ensuring, in all cases, the protection of whistleblowers against any form of retaliation. The processing of reports submitted through the Compliance Channel will comply with the provisions of the System Policy available to you, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption.
