We perform analysis of genomes, exomes, trio exomes and targeted exomes from different files for the identification of SNVs, Indels and CNVs. In addition, we offer advice to help our clients in the design of their projects in order to obtain the best possible results.

Transcriptomic analysis

We perform bioinformatics analysis of RNA-Seq data for different types of RNAs studying differential expression between conditions, ontologies and pathways. We also offer different sequencing options, depending on the starting samples used.

We have vast experience in NGS data analysis

We are specialists in the analysis of data from Next-generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and we have also developed our own pipelines and bioinformatics tools, such as our software Genome One. 

We use Genome One to carry out all the genomic and transcriptomic analyses we perform as a service for our clients, and we deliver the results through our web platform Genome One Reports.
